Negative: I hope you are doing well.
I am writing to formally request a full refund for our recent stay due to a serious safety issue involving the fireplace.
We carefully followed the instructions provided to light the fireplace. However, shortly after lighting it, smoke began filling the room, causing the fire alarm to sound twice. At that point, we opened the doors and used a fan to clear the smoke ourselves, and we believed the problem had been resolved.
Later that evening, however, the situation became much worse. Whether due to the colder outdoor temperature or another issue, the chimney appeared to stop drawing smoke properly. In the end, we had to contact a f

Very comfortable, convenient and private. We loved it!
Positive: The cozy vibe and how comfortable it was
Negative: Some kindling firewood would make it easier to start but it was still very good

Comfortable
Positive: The Dome was just great
Negative: The shower could do with a sail covered area to change and hang clothes for post shower.
Cold weather makes it unpleasant returning to the dome with just a towel
